Over the next couple of weeks the City of Fort Wayne will be marking suitable planting locations with a flag. So if you see a flag in your park strip, you can expect a tree there this fall! If you would, please hold onto this flag until we get closer to planting season.  It serves as an additional identifier for the planting contractor to ensure that we get the tree planted where we want it.  The trees will be planted in the fall, typically starting in October
