Southwest Area Partnership

The Southwest Area Partnership is one of four similar organizations representing quadrants of Fort Wayne. SWAP is dedicated to supporting and strengthening neighborhood associations in the southwest quadrant of Fort Wayne. It acts as a liaison between neighborhoods and city government, while also providing educational opportunities to members in their roles as neighborhood leaders.

PAPA

The Packard Area Planning Alliance, or PAPA, formed in 2005 as part of the City of Fort Wayne’s comprehensive planning efforts. The organization seeks to enhance the quality of life for residents of the neighborhoods surrounding Packard Park. Seven neighborhoods were originally included as PAPA members, but the organization recently expanded its geographic boundaries to include 18 south-central neighborhoods, including the Foster Park Neighborhood. Together, this group of community leaders is advocating for neighborhoods and engaging members of our community to enhance the quality of life.
