Did you miss our last sale? Or find more junk you want to get out of your house? Well you’re in luck because our second chance garage sales is this SATURDAY! We hope to see you out there getting great bargains, creating room in your garages and basements, and meeting your neighbors. The Association has signage around the neighborhood and an ad in the Journal Gazette covered.

1) Friday September 17, 2021 - 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Decorate the street with fun chalk art and sayings to keep runners motivated as they pass through Southwood Park. 2) Saturday September 18, 2021 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM- Walk on over to our designated cheer sections on S. Wayne & Sherwood Terrace. Bring a chair, BYOB and bring a breakfast snack to share. Be aware that your driving routes may be altered on Saturday. Some streets will be closed to traffic. Residents should avoid crossing the route as well. Plan ahead if you have to work. If you have the day off, join the fun and cheer on the racers!

Prana Yoga and Historic Southwood Park have sponsored a series of outdoor yoga classes for our residents. All you need is a blanket or mat and water bottle to come and enjoy some outdoor yoga. Rain dates will be added as needed.

This includes fenced in areas found in parks like tennis courts and baseball diamonds. Even if your pet is friendly, not all pets are and many people don’t appreciate being greeted by strange dogs. Failing to comply with city ordinances can result in fines.
