Another dumpster day!

Based on our 2021 resident survey results, many of you have grown fond of Dumpster Days and want more! So we’ve arranged to have one at the corner of Beaver and Westover this Saturday August 7, 2021. The dumpster is typically delivered around 8:00 AM and gets hauled away once full. To maximize space we’ve adopted some important guidelines:

  1. Please no yard waste. It fills the dumpster incredibly quickly.

    • Properly bagged yard waste can be set out for your weekly trash collection. If your driver misses your bags, please report it to 311. For more details on the City of Fort Wayne’s guidelines on yard waste please visit their website.

  2. Please fill the dumpster from back to front. This too maximizes space and allows more residents to participate.

  3. Below you’ll find the City of Fort Wayne’s rules in regards to what can and cannot be put in the bins. Following these rules ensures that we can continue to use this valuable service.

This year we have the following beautification volunteers signed up to help: 8 AM - 10 AM is Board Member Kim Fenoglio, 10 AM - 12 PM is Cherish Rochford and 12:00 2:00 PM is Mark Everetts.

In addition to it being dumpster day, we are asking that residents set aside some time this week to help clean up the neighborhood with an emphasis on the Fairfield Corridor, storm drains and park strips. You’d be surprised how much trash and debris you and your kids can pick up on Fairfield in just 15 minutes!
